Nimbin “embedded” three key Marketing leaders within NetMotion WIreless, a world-wide leader in Mobile VPN Software for over one year (Apr. -2013-Oct 2014) to provide product and channel marketing along with marketing communications services while the company was going through expansion and reorganization.
As part of this engagement, we wrote and produced product/data sheets, white papers, channel documents, and trade advertisements, and we localized of over 30 documents for French, German and Spanish audiences. We managed the company’s web site and directed Social efforts such as blogs, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. We created banners, videos, animations, html emails, web pages, and trade show/events support.

Evofem Inc wanted to refresh their Softcup Brand. We worked closely with the Evofem marketing team to update their branding and messaging, and to write a new strategic marketing launch plan including media recommendations.
We then created a print and digital campaign that ran in Cosmopolitan and cosmopolitan.com. Our media experts planned, negotiated, purchased and managed the media buy.
Sales dramatically increased year over year. Our digital spots delivered over 21 million impressions (6 months) and easily exceeded site averages for CTR and Conversion rates, resulting in increased sampling of the product and building the social media community.

The Conway family asked us to write a marketing plan for their collection of fine wine brands. Of course we jumped at the chance! The plan included strategic objectives, targeting, branding, messaging, segmentation, POS, channel (retail, on-premise) sales and media recommendations.
We then designed and developed the Deep Sea brand website, including content creation, custom CMS and E-Commerce functionality.

We worked with two start-up units at communications giant QUALCOMM Inc.: the Internet Division, home of Eudora and later BREW; and the technology-promoting semiconductor division (QCT). Both units became successful, with the semiconductor division racing to a billion+ dollars in revenue. Semiconductors became QCOM's largest and most profitable division, gaining 90+% market share and driving the global expansion of CDMA.
Our contributions included marketing strategy and planning, creating global advertising and public relations campaigns, media planning and buying, trade show booth design and support, positioning, messaging, marketing and technical writing, collateral design and production, packaging and identity design, localization, channel marketing and website design and development.

Prior to the Launch of the company's groundbreaking new software product, the engineering department asked us to build and manage their beta program. This included: recruiting, creating and managing the beta participant database; executing all mailings; designing surveys; and reporting the results. We also set up the company's Intranet using Sharepoint.
The successful beta program allowed key product features, pricing and audience targeting to be determined.
